The Stramash Centre of Excellence for Outdoor Learning currently has two unique and inspiring Scottish campuses- Fort William and Oban.
The Fort William campus is based at Inverlochy Mains, a 160 year old farmstead adjacent to the 13th century Inverlochy Castle. The 15 acre campus contains part of the 1645 Inverlochy Battlefield site and sits on the banks of the River Lochy at the foot of Britain’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis. Areas of meadow and woodland make the site a superb location for outdoor learning.
The Oban campus has three locations around the west coast town of Oban: a wooded hill near the beach at Ganavan that looks out to the islands of Lismore and Mull; a waterfront park in Oban Bay; and a 145 year old church and school built by the MacDougall Clan Chief on the island of Kerrera.
Using the unique Scottish landscape, Stramash provides high quality outdoor learning, training and development. Our experienced and highly qualified team provide tailored learning and development opportunities for a wide range of people including; early years, schools, young people, teachers, groups and individuals.
